Veronica and Quinn | Film-inspired engagement session

Veronica and Quinn's engagement session in the Texas Hill Country was stunning. Common Fords Ranch was the perfect location for their photoshoot, with its tall grass and greenery. We met early in the morning at 6:45am to capture the golden hour after Veronica expressed her love for sunrise photos. Although we didn't get the exact sunrise she was hoping for, the soft light after the fog lifted was magical.

Weather can be unpredictable, but I rarely reschedule sessions unless conditions are dangerous. Cloudy days can actually create a unique and romantic atmosphere for photos. For this session, I used both film and digital cameras to capture different styles.

As an Austin photographer, I love photographing couples in beautiful locations like this. Sessions like Veronica and Quinn's are a reminder of the beauty and love that can be captured in every moment.
